Yes. Order quantity does not change Kidmerry’s quality requirements. Small orders and bulk production follow the same quality control standards and production procedures, helping ensure consistent product quality across different order volumes.
Same Quality Control Standards
Regardless of order size, our production follows a full-process quality control system covering:
- IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Inspection of incoming raw materials and components before production.
- IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Quality checks throughout manufacturing to identify and correct issues during production.
- OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final inspection before products are released for shipment.
Our quality inspection process follows an AQL 1.5 sampling standard where applicable.
Consistent Production Quality
Small orders are manufactured using the same controlled production processes as bulk orders. Key quality checkpoints include white wood blank inspection, dimensional and structural checks, sanding quality, assembly, surface finishing, and packaging inspection.
For painted products, our automated spraying processes help maintain consistent color, coating coverage, and finish quality across production batches.
Testing Support for Small Orders
Small-volume and trial orders can also be supported with applicable product test reports and third-party inspection services based on customer and target-market requirements.
This allows customers to evaluate product quality and compliance before moving to larger-volume production.
