All plants are located in Bailongshan Wooden Toy Industrial Park, Yunhe County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. The three plants work collaboratively, covering a total area of ​​over 90,000㎡, with an annual comprehensive production capacity of over 12 million pieces.

Completed and put into operation in 2004, covering an area of 13,000㎡. Kidmerry's standard small toy mass production base is equipped with fully automated cutting, sanding, and spraying lines. It mass-produces standard educational wooden toys such as building blocks, beads, puzzles, cutting toys, and early childhood education aids. It also features a constant-temperature wood drying system, a 100,000-level dust-free spraying workshop, and a finished product packaging warehouse.

Completed and put into operation in 2014, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. It has extended CNC machine tools, CNC carving and cutting machines, and large-scale spraying and drying equipment, enabling efficient production of large-scale products such as dollhouses, simulated children's kitchens, and outdoor climbing frames. It has dedicated assembly areas for large items and load-bearing durability testing areas.

Completed and put into operation in 2024, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. The integrated innovation and intelligent manufacturing base will add a fully automated injection molding workshop and an electronic component assembly workshop to realize the integration of wood processing, plastic injection molding and electronic sound and light components; at the same time, it will be equipped with a research and development prototyping center and digital warehousing, focusing on sound and light intelligence and wood-plastic composite innovative toys, and simultaneously promoting the upgrade of MES digital production line.

  • Timber Pre-processing Workshop Equipment

    • Precision Panel Saw:

      Multi-station synchronous log panel saws, equipped with a high-power dust removal system. Logs and square timber are stacked in neat piles for processing, controlling board specifications from the source.

    • Automatic Panel Cutting and Slitting System:

      Multi-station CNC panel cutting and slitting line with visible pre-cut patterns/irregular designs on the board surface. Equipped with a central dust removal system, it automates and efficiently processes large-format boards.

    • Woodworking Panel Saw & Sliding Table Saw:

      Classic sliding table saws with precision straightedges allow for single-person, single-station precision finishing of small batches of irregularly shaped boards. Simultaneous dust removal with a vacuum hose ensures a clean working environment.

  • Core Equipment in the Precision Molding & Grinding Workshop

    • HUAHUA Multi-Spindle CNC Machining Center:

      Multiple HUAHUA multi-spindle CNC machining centers are arranged in rows within the workshop, supporting fully automatic loading and unloading. Each center features an independent electrical control cabinet and a high-power dust extraction main pipe, enabling integrated molding of complex playhouse cabinets and 3D toys.

    • HUAHUA Fully Automatic Straight-Line Edge Banding Machine:

      Multiple HUAHUA fully automatic straight-line edge banding machines are arranged in a row, with a front-mounted automatic infeed/outfeed conveyor platform, enabling unmanned continuous edge banding operations.

    • CNC Engraving and Cutting Machine:

      A single-station CNC engraving and cutting machine with a large worktable and a dust extraction hood directly connected to the main pipe. Single-person operation is sufficient for small-batch customized engraving and cutting.

    • Fully Automatic CNC Edge Banding Machine:

      A single-station, fully automatic CNC edge banding machine integrating trimming, scraping, and polishing functions, ensuring uniform edge banding flatness.

  • Core Hardware of an Environmentally Friendly Spray Painting Workshop

    • Automatic Spray Painting Line:

      Long-distance, flat-surface automatic spray painting line with multiple drying racks at the top and multi-station reciprocating spray guns. A water curtain for paint mist recovery on the floor. The entire line is hundreds of meters long and continuous, suitable for large-scale automatic spray painting of panel furniture/wooden toys.

    • Fully Automatic Spray Painting and Drying ProductionLine:

      Suspended-type fully automatic spray painting and drying integrated production line. Workpieces are suspended and pass through the spray painting and drying areas via a suspension chain. A large-diameter negative pressure exhaust pipe at the top, equipped with waste gas purification and environmental protection equipment, meets the atmospheric emission standards of the coating industry.

    • Constant Temperature Drying Line:

      Long-distance tunnel-type constant temperature drying line with multi-layered green drying tray arrays at the top and a rotary conveyor belt at the bottom. Segmented temperature-controlled hot air circulation eliminates color differences, runs, and particle defects. Equipped with a UV curing machine.

  • Assembly Workshop Equipment

    • Finished Product Assembly Line:

      Long-distance continuous finished product assembly line, with densely packed workstations along the line + pneumatic fastening machines / hot pressing equipment / component pressing fixtures, allowing multiple workers to operate simultaneously in a streamlined manner.

  • QC Inspection Hardware

    • Wooden Toy Inspection Conveyor:

      Multiple parallel inspection conveyors, each with independent drive, allow workers to visually inspect each wooden toy individually at the end. Supporting tools are conveniently located nearby, ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Packaging and Shipping Equipment

    • Finished Product Packaging Belt Conveyor Line:

      Long-distance belt-type packaging and sorting conveyor line, with sorting points along the line + finished product turnover baskets to be packaged, and matching sealing/packaging/labeling stations.

  • Core Equipment in the Injection Molding Workshop

    • Injection Molding Machines:

      Multiple Liwei L-WAY BLAZE1800-Ⅱ horizontal injection molding machines are arranged in a row, equipped with robotic arms for part handling, mold temperature controllers, raw material auxiliary systems, and independent dust collection areas at the material inlet and finished product turnover baskets. Suitable for batch injection molding of toy plastic parts, electronic casings, etc.

Craftsmanship

In the production of wooden toys, we deeply integrate meticulous manufacturing processes with global children's toy safety standards. From raw materials to finished products, we maintain strict control at every stage to ensure that each product meets high export standards in terms of appearance, durability, and safety. The following are our core process steps:

Wood Pre-treatment

We use FSC-certified environmentally friendly solid wood raw materials throughout our production line. All boards undergo IQC quality inspection upon arrival to screen for defects such as insect infestation, cracking, and excessive moisture content. Then, they undergo rough processing using precision panel saws and fully automatic panel cutting machines, followed by precise moisture content control in a constant-temperature drying kiln. This prevents cracking and warping of finished products from the source, laying a solid foundation for quality.

Precision Carving and Shaping

Utilizing CNC forming equipment, complex cabinets and three-dimensional components are milled into a single piece. Laser cutting machines are used for high-precision processing such as jigsaw puzzles and irregularly shaped cutouts. Multiple fully automatic sanding and irregular-shaped polishing processes uniformly smooth rounded edges, completely eliminating sharp burrs and meeting children's toy safety regulations.

Environmentally Friendly Coating

Equipped with a fully automated hanging spray painting line, with a daily capacity of 40,000 pieces, supplemented by meticulous manual spraying to achieve multi-color and gradient coloring; a dust-free and explosion-proof spray painting workshop, with segmented drying and UV curing, reduces color difference and particle defects; semi-finished products undergo cross-cut adhesion testing, and water-based paints all meet EN71 and ASTM toy safety standards.

Assembly and Functional Integration

Automated assembly lines, combined with pneumatic locking and hot-press bonding equipment, complete the assembly of parts; the production line is equipped with independent functional testing stations to conduct shaking, load-bearing, and durability simulation tests, uniformly controlling the splicing firmness and part fitting accuracy, ensuring the consistency of mass production assembly and long-term safety.

Relying on comprehensive operating procedures and end-to-end quality inspection processes, stable mass production is achieved across all processes, from CNC molding and blank polishing to dust-free spraying and finished product assembly, ensuring product quality and delivery capabilities.

To further improve production precision and quality stability, the factory is upgrading its intelligent production system.

Once the system is implemented, production orders will be automatically and accurately distributed to each workstation, enabling digital reporting by employees and automatic collection of production data. Real-time monitoring of production progress, finished product yield, and material loss will provide full visibility into workshop production status, semi-finished product flow, and inventory data.
