How to ensure color, deformation and batch quality for large orders? Support third-party inspection?

Update Time:2026/9/14

Yes. Kidmerry uses a full-process quality control system to maintain consistent color, dimensional stability, and batch-to-batch quality during large-volume production. Our quality controls cover raw materials, manufacturing processes, finishing, assembly, and final inspection.

Full-Process Quality Control

Our quality management system includes:

  • IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Inspection of incoming wood, coatings, hardware, and other materials before production.
  • IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Continuous inspection during processing, sanding, painting, and assembly to identify and correct issues early.
  • FQC (Finished Quality Control): Inspection of completed products to verify appearance, structure, dimensions, and functionality.
  • OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final inspection before shipment to ensure the finished order meets the approved quality requirements.

For applicable inspections, we follow AQL 1.5 sampling standards.

Color Consistency

Our automated spraying and controlled finishing processes help maintain consistent color, coating coverage, and surface finish across production batches.

Before mass production, key color and finishing specifications are confirmed against the approved sample or golden sample, providing a consistent reference throughout production.

Wood Moisture & Deformation Control

Wood moisture is carefully controlled throughout material preparation and production. Our constant-temperature drying process helps stabilize wood moisture and reduce the risk of warping, cracking, and deformation caused by moisture fluctuations.

We also inspect wood blanks before further processing to identify potential material defects and maintain consistent raw material quality.

White Blank Inspection

Wooden blanks undergo 100% inspection at the applicable production stage. Key checks include surface condition, cracks, defects, dimensions, and other potential issues before the pieces proceed to painting and assembly.

This helps prevent material defects from being carried into subsequent production stages.

Third-Party Inspection Support

Yes. Kidmerry supports third-party inspections and on-site quality inspections according to customer requirements.

Customers can arrange inspections through recognized third-party organizations such as SGS and TÜV, with inspection procedures and sampling standards agreed upon before shipment.

This provides an additional independent quality verification for large-volume orders and helps ensure that the final shipment meets the customer's approved specifications and quality standards.
