How Long Does the Customization Process Take?
The customization process consists of two main stages: sampling and mass production. The timeline depends on the level of customization, product complexity, order quantity, and production schedule.
1. Sampling Stage
- Modifications to Existing Designs: 7–10 business days
- Fully Customized Samples Based on Customer Drawings: 15–20 business days
For existing products, our team can make targeted modifications to elements such as structure, colors, functions, accessories, and packaging. Fully customized projects may require additional engineering and development time.
2. Mass Production Stage
After the final sample is approved and production specifications are confirmed:
- Standard Production Orders: 30–45 days
- Peak Production Season (Q2–Q3): 45–60 days
The production lead time starts after sample approval and production requirements are confirmed.

The final delivery schedule is determined based on factors including:
- Order quantity
- Number of SKUs
- Product structure and complexity
