Do you provide samples? What are the sample fees and delivery time?
Sample Fee: A sample fee of $50-$500 (including material and labor costs) will be charged depending on the complexity of the design. This fee will be fully refunded if subsequent orders reach the agreed quantity.
Sample Delivery Time: Samples of existing styles typically take 7-10 business days; custom samples based on your design drawings take 15-20 business days.
Sample Shipping Costs: These are borne by the customer. We support shipping via international express such as DHL/FedEx, which usually delivers to major cities worldwide within 3-5 business days.
